Spontaneous fast foregone shootings are the best. If then also the weather and the Loction are perfect, what woman wants more. Last Thursdays I had Leni and her mother in front of the lens, already out of the car she waved to me very friendly and was happy that I will photograph her. We were back at my favorite location the Darscho. Leni was a very dear and brave and it has made much fun. And I think the pictures speak for themselves …
The location is ideal in the summer for children. The water is consistently about 30-40cm deep and warm, so they can be frolic and carefree …

Mum and Leni had much fun together…

I always let the children take pictures of their parents during shootings. They are always happy watching the picture taken on the display. That one was taken by Leni of her Mum.

Der Regen, meine Kamera und ich

What does a woman on a Saturday afternoon, if the family is out of town unexpected? She grabs her camera, desperately searches for her cable release, give up after 20 minutes, packs up everything and moves to the nature … Despite drizzling rain.
Camera on a tripod, set the selftimer, focus at a certain point, remember that point, press the release and start running, put in position, waiting for the “click” and return to control the image. And this procedure a few times and women saves her daily sport and gaining the knowledge of the need for a new remote release. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with the results and think about doing something like that more often, so I get more practice in it …

DasMaddin - Hi Tina.
Wenn Du das nächste Mal auch noch etwas Fröhlichkeit in Dein Gesicht bekommst, ist das sicherlich nicht zum Nachteil.. ;)

Ich mag Deinen Stil ja sehr und diese Fotos passen wieder schön in’s Bild.. :)

Zum Auslöser kann ich Dir einen Tip geben: Falls Du eh vielleicht auch mit entfesselten Blitzen arbeitest (und damit vielleicht mit Funkauslösern), dann kann ich die Auslöser von Yongnuo empfehlen. Steckt man den Empfänger auf die Kamera (mit Kable), kann man mit dem (Blitz)auslöser die Kamera auslösen (sogar mit halb gedrücktem Knopf fokussieren).
Tolle Sache für knapp 60 EUR.. und die Reichweite ist enorm (>100m bei Sicht).
Und natürlich sind sie auch als gewöhnliche Blitzauslöser benutzbar.

Some time ago I´ve shown you the Babybellypictures of Eva . Now to follow the pictures of Angela. Location was, as already seen in my pictures, the beautiful surroundings of the Darscho . Weather was more than fantastic and so are again wonderful images has been created.

For some time I played with the idea to pack my CD’s more beautiful. Until now, the CD’s printed, packaged in a Jewel Case, in a bubble envelope and gets shipped. That should be changed from now on. Yesterday evening / night I took my time to bring my ideas to paper and then put it into practice. The result are three prototypes, which I present here and would like to ask you to tell me, whether you like it or not, and why yes or no …
My favorite is prototype, but I will make it in a more suitable size (because it was the first it has unfortunately become a bit too big), so somehow a mixture of I and III.

Here all three prototypes side by side for visual comparison:

By their nature they are all very similar, they differ only in the design a bit…

Prototyp I

Personally I like the loop of this one best. Also from the optics, apart from the fact that it has got too big. I would also choose a different fabric, since that crease easily, but I do not mean this lace fabric, for which I find absolutely great!

Prototyp II

I failed at this one. The flap got bad while sewing and does not fit very well. But it was a step to the right way…

Prototyp III

I liked that one most, but the longer I had a look at them, Prototyp I is my favourite.

Now I would like to hear what you think about it. I would like to sew them in different colors with different fabrics, so that the style of the cover, fits the style of the photographs.

michi heckenast - Super sind alle drei, aber ich geb dir recht. Das erste ist am schönsten. Sehr edel- paßt zu dir und deiner arbeit!

Elisabeth - Wow, super Idee! Voll schön…bin bei dir, würd auch Nr.2 ausschließen…bei den anderen zwei Theta mir auch ähnlich…erster Blick Nr 3, dann doch auch Nr.1….mmmh, schwierig…Vielleicht Geradlinigkeit von Nr.3 und Masche von Nr 1 ?!?!

Mir gefällt auch Prototyp I am besten, aus dem Grund weil ich die zu beiden Seiten offenen Klappen sehr schön finde.

Babybauch die Erste

Zur Abwechslung mal keine Braut oder Details von Hochzeiten…
Vor ein paar Wochen durfte ich die Babybäuche von zwei Freundinnen fotografieren, Angela und Eva. Wir hatten viel Spaß gemeinsam und das Wetter war einfach ideal, also sind wir raus in die Natur und haben ein paar wunderschöne Bilder gemacht, wie ich finde.
Hier nun zuerst die Bilder von Eva, Angela´s Bilder folgen dann später…
