My next two models are already experienced in terms of standing in front of my lens, cause I´ve taken the baby pictures of Lina, together with her big brother, Fabian. The “thoughtful” little baby has become a real little whirlwind, who would not even stand still.

Today I got a big package from amazon.de. Finally! It included a Wacom Bamboo Graphic Tablet, the Bamboo Fun Pen & Touch. As the name implies, it can be operated either with a pen, as well as with the fingers. This purchase was necessary because working with my mouse wasn´t satisfactorily in Photoshop. Recently I had to overcome several clipping paths, and that with a mouse is murder. Of course it will take some time until I will get used to the tablet, but I´ll take that time … and then practice, practice and more practice.
I captured the unpacking with some pictures and of course I would like to show you. After I using it for a while I will also blog about my opinion.

Finally, I start with my series “Friends”, cause I´ve photographed some of them before Christmas for Christmas. I´ll start with Marianne, Didi and their kids. There were also the first that I have photographed for Christmas, because I decided to show the pictures just in the order of the shootings took place. The shooting was, as always, great fun and here are the pictures:

If I have to show new work, I write a “Draft” in the WordPress with a more descriptive title, so I will not forget to show them. And yet it happened. I just discovered that I had embezzled a wedding from last year. And before I begin to show my current work, I want to finish the year 2009 officially with this wonderful couple. Working with the two has made me lots of fun.
